Healthpoint Wellness Center

Healthpoint Wellness Center is a 140,000-square-foot three-story, multi-use facility which consists of a Boston Sports Club, medical offices and the Boston Celtics' training facility. The training facility also includes a conference room and "Hall of Fame" room, which are made available for function rental. The medical offices within the property include a sports therapy facility, surgical center and a hair dressing salon. It is located in the western area of Waltham along I-95 (Route 128) at the Winter Street / Wyman Street Interchange. This location is considered to be one of the prime, if not the prime, office location in the suburban office market of Boston.


Colliers International Boston's Capital Markets group was retained by Davis Marcus Partners to secure ten-year, fixed-rate permanent financing on this unique special-use facility. Despite the challenges inherent in financing this type of facility with a traditional conduit lender, Colliers International Boston was able to secure high-leverage financing on excellent terms.

Longwood Towers

Longwood Towers, located in Brookline, Massachusetts, consists of 277 residential units in three cross-shaped English Tudor style towers with garage parking and a grand ballroom entrance. The property was built in 1926 and was fully renovated in 1993. The plan is to convert the property from rental units to condominium units.

Colliers International Boston's Capital Markets group assisted The RADCO Companies in its purchase of the Longwood Towers in November 2005. Capital Markets obtained the $131 million, 90% non-recourse acquisition/condominium conversion loan on a tight timeframe. In addition, the Capital Markets group coordinated efforts with Colliers International Boston's Development & Advisory group on the due diligence services for The RADCO Companies' planned condo conversion project.
