Colliers International's Capital Markets group works with real estate owners, developers, advisors, lenders and investors to design, negotiate and implement financial structures of all types and sizes.

Capital Markets | Boston

The team aggregates, tracks, and maintains relationships with hundreds of national and international capital sources. In addition to functioning as a mortgage correspondent for several major life insurance companies, our group also maintains relationships with credit companies, pension funds, commercial banks, and Wall Street conduits to achieve the most beneficial terms for all stakeholders in a real estate transaction.

The group continually monitors fluctuating capital market conditions, using state-of-the-art information technology and proprietary modeling techniques. Additionally, the Capital Markets group is affiliated with SAM (Strategic Alliance Mortgage), which allows producers to access deal information from across the United States on a real-time basis, improving their ability to deliver the most competitive product available. These resources, combined with the diverse experience base of the group and Colliers International's other service lines, give both borrowers and lenders a competitive advantage in the capital marketplace.

The Capital Markets group focuses on the entire capital structure specific to each transaction, and has the ability and experience to structure and place innovative transactions that satisfy the needs of both borrowers and lenders.

Our packages include in-depth market analysis, careful financial underwriting, analyses on the borrower (including financial statements and general credit analysis), and general summaries of the overall economic conditions of a given market.

Recent financings include the arrangement of permanent fixed-rate and interim floating-rate debt, Fannie Mae loans, construction and renovation loans, mezzanine debt, joint ventures and equity placements, spanning all commercial property types.
