Case Study

157 Berkeley Street | Boston, Massachusetts

Colliers International’s Boston office is the overall project manager for the development of this landmark project located at the intersection of Stuart Street, Columbus Avenue and Berkeley Street in the Back Bay.

The Colliers team was paramount in bringing the city, state, neighborhood, and area businesses together in order to plan a successful project that will have significant impact on the city and its economy.

Colliers is providing a full scope of services including planning, permitting, design management, base building construction, and tenant improvement project management.

Groundbreaking for the new 23-story tower took place in the fall of 2010. Once complete, with four levels of underground parking, office space, retail space and a cafeteria, the project will transform the southeast corner of the Back Bay, currently a mixture of underused, and outdated, turn of the century industrial buildings. The project is scheduled for completion in 2013.
