100 Cambridge Street | Boston, Massachusetts

Background

100 Cambridge Street is located at the foot of Beacon Hill, on the edge of the Financial District and the Government Center area of downtown Boston. This unique mixed-use renovation project, a successful partnership between the public and private sectors, reconstructed the 22-story former Leverett Saltonstall state office building and added 34,500 square feet of new street-level retail space and 75 new luxury condominium units along Cambridge, Bowdoin and Somerset Streets.

Services

As overall development manager, Colliers International provided an integrated package of services to the project. Colliers’ Development & Consulting Services group was responsible for managing the design program and overseeing the base building construction and tenant improvement work. Acting as the owner’s representative, Colliers assisted MassDevelopment with a wide range of financial, accounting, contract negotiation, marketing, and permitting activities.

In addition to project/construction management, the firm was responsible for financial consulting, condominium marketing, affordable housing consulting, and office, retail and residential marketing, leasing and sales.
