The Colliers team of Derek Heed, Gregg Riva and Mike Schreck was hired by Bentall Kennedy to dispose of their portfolio consisting of seven buildings, totaling 283,243 SF office/flex/industrial park located in Kirkland, Washington. The Colliers team was successful in selling all seven buildings for a total purchase price of $34,010,000, a price that exceeded the whole portfolio as previously marketed.

Majestic Glove Corporation

The Colliers team of Gregg Riva and Derek Heed was hired to sell the existing building, locate a suitable built-to-suit location and negotiate the transactions within a six month time frame.
