The team of Derek Heed and Gregg Riva bring over 42 years of combined experience in commercial real estate.  They are committed to representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in the North King and South Snohomish Counties.  The combination of both tenant and landlord representation experience allows them to use their knowledge and expertise as leverage when negotiating on behalf of their client.  Since 2001, the team was involved with leasing of over 5,000,000 square feet of space and selling over $250,000,000 worth of properties.  They have also been consistent “top 10 producers” from 1995 to the present.  The team is regularly hired because of their dependable, enthusiastic, positive and distinctive approach to leasing, selling and purchasing properties.

Derek Heed, a Senior Vice President with Colliers International Bellevue, WA office is committed to representing owner/users tenants and landlords in the South Snohomish and North King Counties. With 20+ years at Colliers International, Derek has earned a solid reputation in the brokerage community.

Gregg Riva, Senior Vice President

Gregg Riva, a Senior Vice President with Colliers International, joined the Bellevue, WA office in 1991. He has been very active in the eastside/northend commercial real estate market since joining Colliers. Gregg specializes in providing real estate services for both tenants and landlords in the North King and South Snohomish County markets. Since 1996, Riva has been recognized as one of Colliers “Top Ten Producers,” earning a solid reputation among clients and industry peers.

Michelle Perenchio, Client Services Administrator

Michelle joined the team in 2011 and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, including marketing and communications, client relations, proposals and presentations, coordinating listings and property research and tours.
