The LandSource Team has a history of success with more than 50 years of combined experience. The structure of the LandSource Team is organized around the strengths of each individual on the team. LandSource has represented premier developers and select landowners with acquisition, disposition, ground lease, site selection and land valuation within the greater metropolitan areas of Arizona.


In addition to our developer relationships, the LandSource Team has a large database of Valley landowners. Through these relationships, we are knowledgeable about the needs of the landowner and can point out geographic areas of interest. When we receive a client’s land requirement, we are able to respond quickly and provide a depth of knowledge that allows us to advise the buyer on how to formulate an offer that best fits the seller’s needs.

We maintain relationships with every type of developer active in the market, including multi-family communities, single-family homes, office, retail and industrial. Through these relationships, we are able to quickly expose a listed property to a wide and targeted audience. The depth of our relationships within the Valley allows us to continuously update our knowledge of current and future market trends. On-going conversations also allow the opportunity to give and receive updates on market conditions, enabling us to be current on market trends.

The mission of Colliers International’s local, national and global research services is to provide real estate market data, analysis and information to help Colliers’ clients gain insight and to aid in the decision making process. Colliers’ research has developed powerful technological tools to provide clients with valuable market intelligence. Expansive databases contain detailed information on properties and market intelligence, including historical supply, demand, absorption data and transaction comparables. Research uses this information to produce quarterly surveys of markets in more than 70 North American metropolitan areas.

Prior to meeting with clients, we assemble all pertinent information on the property from the landowner, municipalities and other sources. A marketing brochure is created, which includes all relevant information for a potential buyer.

A property marketing e-mail is sent to all clients in our database. The LandSource Team follows up with each recipient to ensure they have received the brochure, to measure interest and provide any additional information requested.

In addition to e-mail marketing services, we send the property brochure to our broker database and post the information on internet listing sites, including CoStar, LoopNet, PropertyLine and the Colliers International website. Although we do not rely on drive-by calls, we do place a sign on the property, subject to owner’s approval.
