He has been awarded the Top Ten Land Producer Award six times by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, including recognition in March 2017 for his 2016 production of over $46 million in land brokerage, landing him in the top three in Atlanta

Michael is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia and a member of the Commercial Board of Realtors
