Challenge

The Ribera Desarrollos S.A. Company, owners of the venture called “Al Río”, requested Colliers International to instrument the sale process of 6 storeys of “Al Río 1”, their main office building under construction.


Strategy

The strategy consisted in proactively contact potential buyers, investors and firms with needs of relocation or expansion of their operations.
Moreover, it continued with the coordination of tours to the showroom and the building, still under construction

Colliers International provided Landlord representation services for this operation, in addition to the determination of the asking price per storey, and the design and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan.


Results

Through proactive and structured workplan, Colliers International was capable of closing the sale of the total number of storeys (7.698m2), worth USD 4M each unit.
The transactions were achieved within a six month period, surpassing the goals set by the client.
