A. To be empathetic, to know how to handle a team, to know the business (you must have had experience as a broker), flexibility, aversion to risk, to have the willing of making a big effort, open to changes and tolerance to frustration.

Q. How would you describe the culture at Colliers International.
A. It’s the way you do things, to be willing to take the place of the client, to offer service of excellence (to your internal and external clients), to work on team, to be respectful with your teammates and with the company norms.

Q. Describe your typical day at Colliers International?
I leave my house at 8 am and I come back at 8 pm every day. I have multiple meetings, mainly with the internal clients; I have interaction with the people. I constantly search to add value and not to only solve the urgent issues.

Q. What gets you fired up about coming to work?
A. To have a project and a challenge.
