  • Preparing a marketing strategy (building the brand, project name, logo)
  • Creating strong recognition of the project and the brand, promotion of the building and raising awareness of the project in the market (brochures, presentations, website)
  • Commercialisation of a project in line with the schedule and in accordance with conditions that seek to create the highest possible income (securing pre-let agreements)
  • Preparation of a project for its eventual sale.
