Wrocław, October 3, 2017 – After the successful debut of Green Caffè Nero in Wrocław in Galeria Dominikańska and at Plac Kościuszki 1, it is time for another location. The brand will appear in the Wroclavia shopping centre, which is scheduled to open on October 17. Green Caffè Nero plans to open two cafes totaling 200 sqm. Colliers International, the global commercial real estate advisor, supported the tenant in securing all locations in Wrocław and in the lease negotiations.
Green Caffè Nero cafes will be located in strategic zones in the shopping centre with the highest traffic intensity. The first one will be located on the ground floor in the shopping arcade, while the second cafe will be placed on the first floor but arranged into a cozy place with elevated windows up to 6 metres. The high windows and spacious layout of the rooms are assets that Green Caffè Nero often uses to create a unique atmosphere.
“Green Caffè Nero is taking the Wrocław market by storm, and the brand will end this year with four cafes located in prestigious spots. The opening of two coffee shops in Wroclavia is a result of the huge potential of the shopping centre that connects with the bus station and is nearby the main railway station. It is also a response by Green Caffè Nero to the changing lifestyle of Poles, who are increasingly willing to spend time outside the home,” says Karolina Jamróz, Associate Director at the Retail Agency, Colliers International.
“Wrocław is a bustling, modern European city and we want to be here permanently. It is a city full of places with a real home atmosphere, where guests like to hang out at any time of the day. We want our cafes to be like that. So that our guests can come and relax and enjoy a good book with an aromatic coffee, meet with friends, or work in a creative atmosphere. We are pleased that we have been warmly received in Wrocław. We are newcomers here but we are getting more and more regular customers. That is why we intend to develop further and open more cafes, the newest of which will be in Wroclavia. But that’s not the end – we are still looking for attractive new locations for future cafes,” says Adam Ringer, CEO of Green Caffè Nero.
Green Caffè Nero brand was created by Gerry Ford – owner of Caffè Nero – and Adam Ringer – founder and CEO of Green Coffee. Since the opening of its first coffee shop in 2012, Green Caffè Nero has been devoted to the mission of its founders: offering the best quality of coffee and creating a cosy, home atmosphere in which one can enjoy a cup of coffee.
