We believe it will be appreciated also by the owner of the Orange Office Park, who chose us to manage his first office building in Poland. Colliers runs the office in Kraków, to be close to our clients and quickly identify their needs. We are pleased that the portfolio of facilities we manage increases in regional cities” said Marzena Ciurzyńska, Director, Real Estate Property Management at Colliers International.
Orange Office Park is a state-of-the-art office park consisting of 4 office buildings with a total area of over 35,000 sqm. All of them have been designed to meet the standards of a Class A office building, as well as in accordance with sustainable construction norms. The three-stage investment project involves also 2,500 sqm of retail space. The Orange Office Park differs from other office complexes due to the exceptionally large office space – over 6,000 sqm - available on one level of 3 connected together buildings.
Orange Office Park is located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Zabłocie – the noncentral business district closest to Kraków’s city centre. Also nearby there are three other modern office buildings, which makes it one of the most attractive office districts in Kraków. Orange Office Park, thanks to its location, provides excellent public transportation and vehicular accessibility.
The concept design has been prepared by architectural company from Kraków - Iliard Architecture & Project Management.
