The subject of the contract is perpetual usufruct together with ownership of the building erected on it, movables and all rights relating to real estate.

The final sale agreement is to be concluded at the latest by the 24th of January 2017. It will specify the final net purchase price.

Prosta Tower is a class A+ office building, located at Prosta Street in Warsaw's Central Business Districct. Completed in 2011, it offers 6,080 sqm of leasable space.
