    Warsaw, November 2, 2016 – Since the beginning of 2016, developers in the nine major markets in Poland have completed 693,700 sqm of modern office space, which translated into an increase in the total supply to a level of 8.7 million sqm at the end of Q3 2016 according to Colliers International report „Market Insights | Office market” summarizing the third quarter of this year.

    Warsaw, October 14, 2016 – In Kraków, consumers can do the shopping in 15 retail schemes totalling 548,000 sqm GLA of modern retail space. For every 1,000 inhabitants there is 528 sqm of shopping, service and gastronomy units space. On average there are 66,670 people per one shopping centre. Average purchasing power of Kraków inhabitants equals annually PLN 55,630 per square meter of shopping centre – according to Colliers International publication ”Shopping centres in agglomerations Q2 2016 | Kraków”.

  • Colliers International Acquires ICADE Asset Management and ICADE Conseil in France

    Warsaw, October 3, 2016 – Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CIGI, TSX: CIG) announced the acquisition of ICADE Asset Management and ICADE Conseil (“ICADE”), a leading asset management and investor advisory services platform in France with more than €2 billion of assets under management. The acquisition will enhance Colliers’ existing asset management business and advisory solutions business for real estate investors and developers in Europe. Asset management fees generated in 2015 were approximately €10 million. The newly acquired entities will be re-branded as Colliers International – Investment & Asset Management and current Managing Director, Romain Frémont will become Managing Director of Colliers International Investment & Asset Management France. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

    Warsaw, September 30, 2016 – Szczecin, the smallest retail market in the group of eight agglomerations, offers 280,000 sqm GLA in 11 shopping centres which results in density of 503 sqm/1,000 inhabitants. There are on average 50,730 inhabitants per one shopping centre. The purchasing power equals on average PLN 59,680 annually per one square meter of shopping centre – according to Colliers International publication ”Shopping centres in agglomerations Q2 2016 | Szczecin”.

  • The largest transaction in the Tricity office market this year!

    Warsaw, September 29, 2016 – Nordea Bank AB in Poland has leased 9,600 sqm of space in the Tensor office building in Gdynia, owned by Euro Styl. The tenant was advised by the international consulting company Colliers International.

  • Colliers International manages Orange Office Park in Kraków

    Warsaw, September 28, 2016 – Colliers International has won the mandate to manage Orange Office Park in Kraków, Poland. The building is owned by East - West Development Office - the SPV controlled by the Luxembourg holding that is active in the real estate development industry in Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Poland, supported in Poland by MC Real Property. The general contractor of the investment is the CFE Polska sp. z o.o.

  • GATE enters Futura Park Kraków retail park

    Warsaw, September 27, 2016 – Colliers International represented the international fashion brand GATE in leasing space in Neinver’s Futura Park Kraków retail park. The new tenant will occupy the area of 630 sqm.

There are almost 48,890 inhabitants per one shopping centre.     Warsaw, September 16, 2016 – Forum 76. Business Centre, formerly owned by Virako, has been acquired by a London based investment firm in a transaction advised by Colliers International, a global commercial real estate advisory company. Dentons law firm represented the seller in the transaction.

    Warsaw, September 7, 2016 – There are 14 Special Economic Zones in Poland operating in 16 voivodships. The total area of the Special Economic Zones (SEZ) spreads over 20 thousand hectares. The automotive industry takes the largest share in the total investment volumes in SEZ - according to a report by Colliers International "Special Economic Zones in Poland - the investment potential”. The publication was prepared in cooperation with 14 Special Economic Zones in Poland.

    Warszawa, September 1, 2016 r. – Colliers International has officially opened its office in Katowice. It is located on the 13th floor of Altus office building in Uniwersytecka 13 street. The director of the Katowice regional office is Barbara Pryszcz, who joined the company in March this year. Barbara is responsible for the company’s development in Katowice and the Upper Silesia region.
