AkzoNobel is a leading global paints and coatings company and a major producer of specialty chemicals. The company operates in over 80 countries worldwide with a total of over 57,000 employees. The company's portfolio includes well-known brands such as Dulux, Nobiles, Sadolin, Hammerite and Sikkens.

– Moving to the new premises was partially a result of consolidation of AkzoNobel’s group of companies distributed over the Warsaw area. Thanks to relocation the tenant managed to reduce its lease costs and gained modern, flexible office space enhancing the company's internal communications - said Paweł Proński, Associate Director, Office Department at Colliers International.
