- Jelenia Góra is a city with considerable potential. It has a wide range of health resorts and tourist facilities. CH Nowy Rynek is a response to the growing needs of resorts visitors, tourists and local population. The biggest advantage of the gallery is its location, which makes it easily accessible not only by car. The project will be located in a 5-minute walking distance from the Old Town in Jelenia Góra. CH Nowy Rynek will be integrated with the bus station, that serves local and long-distance connections. CH Nowy Rynek, with a total area of 56, 000 sqm, including 24, 000 sqm of retail space, will house approximately 115 shops. Tenants which have already lease space at the gallery include: Intermarche, Bershka, Stradivarius, Reserved, Cropp Town, Mohito, SinSay, House, H&M, CCC, Deichmann, Rossmann and Media Expert. CH Nowy Rynek will offer 800 parking spaces.

CH Nowy Rynek is being constructed according to sustainable development principles. TK Development (developer) and Heitman (investment fund) are the investors of the project.
