Warsaw, 12 November 2013 – Colliers International acted as an exclusive agent representing Europland and Griffin in the sale of the office building on Żurawia street in Warsaw. Feniks has been bought by IVG Institutional Funds GmbH for €39 mln.
Feniks is a joint project of developer Europlan and a Griffin Group fund. The office building offers a gross leasable area of 10,000 m2, including 1,000 m2 of shopping and services on the ground floor and an underground car park with 48 spaces. Its office area is fully leased by the Bank Ochrony Środowiska group on the basis of a twelve-year lease contract. Its retail area is leased by Green Caffe Nero and Hebe, among others.
