The deal was completed on the 31st of October. Wola Park offers 61 850 m2 of rentable retail space, including 18 130 m2 owned by Auchan hypermarket. In Spring next year Inter IKEA plans to extend the project by an additional 17 565 m2. Once the works are completed Wola Park will be the second largest shopping mall in Warsaw.

“With such a crucial transaction as the takeover of Wola Park, a solid partner and support are necessary matters. We are glad that the agreement was finalised in due time, especially that a centre with such potential which enriched our portfolio, will strengthen IKEA Centre Group Poland’s position on the Warsaw market.” - comments Wojciech Dzwonkowski, Expansion Manager

Wola Park is located in the western part of Warsaw, Wola district, in Górczewska street. Inter IKEA Centre Group Poland owns eight shopping centers in Poland, including Wola Park.
