Astrum Business park is an office complex offering about 30 000 m2 of office and service space. The complex is composed of a 6-level building located along Łopuszańska street and four low-rise 4-level segments inside the plot.
“The construction of the first phase of the project has already begun. In the middle of 2015 we are going to finish over 22 000 m2 of office space. The commencement date of the construction works on the II phase of the project will depend on the level of interest of potential tenants.” – explains Jarosław Stępniewski, Chairman of the Management Board, Prochem S.A..
Additional facilities planned within the project include: canteen, café, newsagent’s, cash machine and ecological car wash. Astrum is in the middle of the BREEAM certification process. Green solutions will help to reduce operational costs and media consumption.
“As the Warsaw Research Forum data show, more and more IT companies choose Ochota and Wlochy (western part of Aleje Jerozolimskie in particular) for their new seat. I am sure that the perfect location of the Astrum Business Park by the Łopuszańska-Jerozolimskie junction and the access to WKD station will determine the choice of the project by the potential tenants.” – comments Marta Wiewiórowska-Kudła from Office Landlord Representation at Colliers International.
The office complex is located in the dynamically developing office area in the western part of Aleje Jerozolimskie. Growing road infrastructure and the access to both the city center and the Chopin Airport guarantee perfect communication with every place in Warsaw. The construction of the complex started in the middle of 2013, while the first tenants are to appear in the building in June 2015. The first tenant of the project is Prochem S.A. and other related companies which will lease 4000 m2.
