Warsaw, 2 December 2013 – Colliers International, a leading advisor in the commercial real estate market, represented Bank Pocztowy in leasing office space in Corner House, Warsaw.
Bank Pocztowy has leased 3,000 m2 of space in the new Corner House project in Puławska street in Upper Mokotów, Warsaw. The company will move its headquarters in June 2014, when the building is to be completed. Bank Pocztowy will be main tenant in the building. The topping out ceremony is planned for today – 2 December.
Corner House is a modern office building offering a total of 3,500 m2 of space. It is prestigiously located in Upper Mokotów in the main street of the district - Puławska, in the neighborhood of Arkadia park, Królikarnia palace and Warszawianka aqua park.
