In H1 2013, the supply of office space in Bydgoszcz remained at almost the same level as at the end of 2012. Two projects totalling 1,500 m2 were delivered to the market. As a result, the total supply of office space in Bydgoszcz reached 44,000 m2.
At the end of June, 4,200 m2 of office space was under construction. The volume of planned supply reaches 48,000 m2, however, the start of construction works in each case depends on signing pre-let agreements.
Bydgoszcz is still characterised by weak demand, which is mainly caused by limited supply of modern office space in this city. It is expected that delivery of new projects to the market will result in the increase in activity of both current tenants and new companies.
The office rents in the existing projects ranged between € 6.5 and 9.5/m2/month.
Among current tenants from the BPO sector in Bydgoszcz are: Contact Center, Mobica, Poczta Polska and Teleplan.
