Warsaw, 21 November 2012 — Colliers International, the leading advisor in the commercial real estate market, has launched a new department in its Warsaw office: Facility Management
The new department provides technical support, on-site maintenance, statutory periodic inspections and fire monitoring of buildings. This is the third new department established by Colliers International in Poland this year.
Facility Management is headed by Jonathan Cohen – the Director of Building Consultancy and will work alongside the project management and green buildings certification departments.
“2012 has been a year of changes and intense development for Colliers International in Poland. Apart from Facility Management we opened two more departments: Office Agency | Landlord Representation headed by Anna Duchnowska and Development and Advisory Services headed by John Banka. Facility Management has been established as a reply to the demand of one of our key clients and is just another step in widening the scope of services offered to Colliers’ clients. We would like to be perceived as a flexible company proactive towards the changing market conditions and growing demand of our business partners.” – comments Monika Rajska-Wolińska, Managing Partner at Colliers International in Poland
