Three experts, Krzysztof Michalski, Janusz Niewolik and Paweł Szczepański, have joined the Building Consultancy Services teams in Poznań, Wrocław and Kraków as Senior Associates.

Krzysztof Michalski graduated in civil engineering from Poznań University of Technology. He holds an unlimited construction license for designing, managing and supervising construction works, in civil engineering and construction. For the last 3 years he has managed various office and mixed-use construction projects for the general contractor. He has gained his professional experience in commercial and residential projects and in historic buildings working in the team supervising the investment. He also has experience in obtaining required administrative decisions. Krzysztof will be responsible for construction projects management and technical advisory for investors and tenants in Poznań and Wielkopolska region.
Janusz Niewolik is a construction engineer and has an unlimited construction license. He has almost 25 years of experience in the construction-investment sector and he is also an experienced project manager with a rich portfolio of professional achievements in the implementation of construction, advisory and investment projects. Janusz has completed postgraduate studies and courses referring to real estate valuation, energy audits and energy efficiency of buildings. In Colliers International he will coordinate projects in Wrocław and in the region.
Paweł Szczepański graduated in civil engineering from Lublin University of Technology. He has an unlimited construction license for managing and supervising construction works, in civil engineering and construction. He is also a LEED Green Associate. For the last 5 years he has managed commercial projects for developers. He has also experience in execution of industrial projects (as a part of supervision team) and in residential and public sector projects (in the general contractor’s team). In Colliers, Paweł represents Building Consultancy Department in Kraków, where he will be responsible for construction project management and technical advisory for investors and tenants in the area of Lesser Poland.
