Cu Office is being built in the very centre of the Western Business District in Wrocław (11‑13 Jaworska Str.). The complex will comprise two 8-floor office buildings of the highest standard. Building A, the development of which commenced this May, will offer roughly 13,000 sqm of office space and will be delivered in Q4 2018. In turn, the development of over 10,000 sqm building B is expected to start 12 months after the commencement of phase A and will last until 2019.

The advantages of Cu Office will be its perfect location in close proximity to main streets (Legnicka and Strzegomska) and easy access to public transportation. In the vicinity of the buildings, there are 11 bus and 5 tram lines, as well as PKP Mikołajów railway station, from which one can reach Dworzec Główny railway station within a few minutes. Furthermore, tenants will have over 500 parking lots and roughly 130 bike racks at their disposal. What’s more, future tenants of the complex will be able to relax on green terraces on the roofs of both buildings.

Cu Office complex is being constructed in line with BREEAM certification requirements, and therefore, the building is entitled to apply for the certificate with at least Very Good grade. The building was designed by Medusa Group.
