Warsaw, 4 September, 2017 – Colliers International, leading advisory firm on the commercial real estate market, has advised Prologis during the renegotiation of a lease agreement for nearly 900 sqm in Lumen office building located in Złote Tarasy shopping complex in Warsaw. The lease agreement’s extension provided an occasion to rearrange Prologis office, whose design is being prepared by Colliers International’s Workplace Innovation department. Modern interior will be tailored to the needs of employees
For the last 10 years Prologis headquarters has been located in Lumen office complex placed in the city centre, right next to the Palace of Culture and Science, and the Central Railway Station. The leader in logistics real estate has entrusted the lease renegotiation and new office design to Colliers International. Renovation of the interior, in line with the “human centered design” approach, will be completed this October. Meanwhile, Prologis has moved to a temporary office in Lumen for the duration of the works.
“We have decided to extend the lease at Lumen office building in view of its location and availability of many parking lots. We believe that Colliers International will walk us through the change process and design an office space that responds to our needs,” says Marta Gąska, senior HR business partner CEE at Prologis.
“We would like to thank Prologis for their trust and we are happy to have tightened our cooperation. We are constantly developing our offer bearing in mind customers’ needs and market trends. We are aware that modern office must provide friendly work environment. Our Workplace Innovation department helps our clients design innovative office space which increases the employees’ satisfaction and performance,” says Marcin Sabowicz, Associate Director, Office Agency, Colliers International.
Lumen office building constitutes a part of multi-functional complex Złote Tarasy and offers total of 23,500 sqm of high-quality space located on 8 storeys.
