  • Green Caffè Nero opens in Galeria Północna

    Warsaw, 13 September, 2017 – Green Caffè Nero has leased over 150 sqm of space on the ground floor of Galeria Północna mall in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The new cafe will open on September 14. Colliers International, a global advisor on the commercial real estate market, supported the tenant in the process of securing the location and in the lease negotiations.

    Warsaw, 4 September, 2017 – Colliers International, leading advisory firm on the commercial real estate market, has advised Prologis during the renegotiation of a lease agreement for nearly 900 sqm in Lumen office building located in Złote Tarasy shopping complex in Warsaw. The lease agreement’s extension provided an occasion to rearrange Prologis office, whose design is being prepared by Colliers International’s Workplace Innovation department. Modern interior will be tailored to the needs of employees.

    Warsaw, August 21, 2017 – Real estate investment flows into the Central & Eastern European region rose 17% year-on-year in the first half of 2017 to EUR 5.4bn, putting 2016’s cycle high of EUR 12.2bn well in 2017’s range, according to Colliers International’s 2017 H1 CEE Investment Scene report.

  • Record demand for office space in Warsaw in H1

    Warsaw, August 8, 2017 – At the end of the H1 2017, total supply in the nine major markets in Poland reached almost 9.3 million sqm. Over the first six months, developers completed over 300,000 sqm of office space, with more than 130,000 sqm being completed in the capital. Kraków was the regional city with the highest growth (80,900 sqm) – according to the latest report by Colliers International.

  • Colliers International to commercialize Cu Office building in Wrocław

    Warsaw, July 31, 2017 – Colliers International, the leading advisory company on the commercial real estate market, has been appointed as an exclusive agent for the commercialisation of Cu Office complex in Wrocław. REINO Deweloperski FIZ, managed by REINO Partners, and Buma Group own the two office buildings under construction, totalling 23,500 sqm.
