Warsaw, July 26, 2016 – Maria Kubacka-Świątek
has joined the Workplace Innovation department of Colliers International as an Associate. She will be responsible for planning and conducting qualitative research for clients, coordinating the work of researchers, analysis of the results of surveys and observations.
Maria graduated in sociology at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw. During her professional career she has worked for clients from various sectors including: banking, pharmaceutical, FMCG and photography. Maria has also gained experience working for the advertising agency, where she was responsible for comprehensive customer service, subcontractors’ work supervision, planning and conducting surveys, preparing reports and recommendations for the clients.
“Each organization has its own unique culture and specific system of working. Hence, there is no single recipe for a perfect office. The research, going beyond a simple analysis of needs, is an essential part of the process of shaping the new and effective work environment that addresses the needs of all generations working in the company,” said Maria Kubacka-Świątek, Associate, Workplace Innovation, Colliers International.
