Zofia has nearly 10 years of experience in the field of architecture and for the last 6 years she has specialized in creating, conducting and coordinating architectural projects of office interiors. She gained knowledge working in the international teams on projects implemented, inter alia, in the UK, UAE and USA - Chicago or Philadelphia. Prior to joining Colliers she worked for In Design Zbigniew Kostrzewa architectural studio, where she led projects for companies such as: Raiffeisen Bank, McCormick, AIP Business Link (in Poland), Johnson & Johnson, Maersk Poland, Rabobank, Astellas, Prima Poland, Coffee Heaven - Costa Coffee, DLA Piper, Barry Callebout.
Zofia’s passion for design and handicrafts resulted in designing the line of armchairs, called Fawory. The armchairs were presented during the Lodz Design 2011 in several different exhibitions, including Make Me! contest exhibition, Ambiente Fair 2012 in Frankfurt and Unpolished exhibition in Helsinki and Toulouse.
“Over the years I have observed the huge impact of architecture, furniture and new functionalities on shaping and changing the organizational culture. At the Workplace Innovation department I will have the opportunity to work on projects whose focal point is a man,” commented Zofia Hejduk

Throughout her career, Zofia was responsible for managing projects with a total area of over 80,000 sqm. for companies from sectors such as: banking, pharmaceutical, SSC, BPO, IT, consulting and many others. Years of experience and technical expertise support Zofia’s creativity and passion for creating.
