  • Poznań with a high variety of retail formats

    Warsaw, September 16, 2015 – In the first half of 2015 no new shopping centres were opened in the Poznań agglomeration. However, a large shopping centre is under construction – Posnania (99,000 sqm) – which is due to open in the second half of 2016 in Poznań. In addition, a small shopping centre is being built – Galeria A2 located by the A2 motorway – according to Colliers International publication “Shopping centres in Poznań H1 2015”.

  • Developers turn to big cities again

    Warsaw, August 11, 2015 – The total supply of modern retail space in Poland reached the level of approx. 10.5 million sqm. At the end of June, approx. 745,800 sqm of shopping centre space were under construction of which 60% are located in major agglomerations. Smaller cities (under 100,000 inhabitants), which attracted the largest share of new supply in 2014, currently account for 25% of projects only - informs the latest report by Colliers International summarizing the retail market in the first half of 2015.

    Warsaw, July 28, 2015 – Total transaction volume approached EUR 810 million representing a ca. 40% decrease in comparison to the corresponding period of 2014. The major reason for the decrease in volume is the limited availability of institutional product for sale - informs the latest report by Colliers International summarizing the investment market in Poland in the first half of 2015.

    Warsaw, July 1, 2015 – Colliers International announces that the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) has designated Colliers a LEED® Proven Provider™ for the LEED-EB:O+M rating system family. This designation was developed to streamline the LEED project review process for experienced organizations that demonstrate consistent excellence in administering LEED projects.
