“I am happy that a person with such good knowledge of the Wroclaw market has joined our team. This appointment is related to the further development of our regional office in Wroclaw. Kamil’s experience in working with foreign investors starting their operations in Poland and the knowledge of all procedures associated with this process will be great support for our clients,” says Monika Rajska - Wolińska, Managing Partner of Colliers International in Poland.

“Wroclaw is one of the largest and the most dynamic cities in Poland. It attracts a growing number of investors every year. It is especially popular in the modern business services and R&D sectors, which employ currently more than twenty thousand specialists. Companies such as Credit Suisse, HP, IBM and Google benefit from the highly qualified personnel, well-developed urban infrastructure, availability of the modern office space and the pro-business approach of the local authorities. Wroclaw offers 500,000 m2 of office space and new projects are planned. The presence of Colliers in Wroclaw is a response to the needs of investors, who are increasingly interested in regional markets offering a relatively high rate of return on investments,” says Kamil Pakosz, Regional Manager of Colliers International in Wroclaw.
