Warsaw, July 22, 2014 - Colliers advised Invesco Real Estate in the sale of two logistics facilities in Poland and Hungary. The buyer is ProLogis European Properties Fund II ("PEPF II").
The purchased portfolio consists of a building with an area of 56 700 sqm. Gliwice in Upper Silesia (Poland). Building was named Prologis Park Gliwice. The building is leased by Tesco. It is located near the intersection of two trans-European roads, A1 and A4.
The second is a logistics facility ProLogis Park Budapest-Ullo. Its area is 37 500 sqm. It is leased by the company Auchan. The property is located in Budapest, in a close proximity to the airport and Budapest M0 ring road, about 30 km from the center of the Hungarian capital.
