Thus, the total area of real estate that the company manages in Poland has now reached 925,000 sqm. The portfolio currently consists of 58 properties (50 office buildings, two shopping centres and 6 warehouses).
In the first half of 2014, the property portfolio managed by Colliers expanded by ten buildings belonging to the Immofinanz Group, Griffin and Konstanty Strus. The newly acquired properties include eight office buildings (Crown Point, Crown Tower, Taifun, Łopuszańska Business Park, Cybernetyki Office Center, IO-1, Company House II, Bliski Center), the Galeria Siedlce shopping centre and the Silesia Logistic Park warehouse site.
