Situated at the intersection of Złota and Emilii Plater streets in the very centre of Warsaw and currently under construction, the tower will offer approx. 1,000 sq. metres of retail space. Glazed windows extending to a height of over 5 metres will provide excellent visibility, while the area outside the building will be landscaped and equipped with street furniture.

“The greatest advantage of ZŁOTA is its  location in the ultra centre. The building is situated in the immediate vicinity of Złote Tarasy, one of the most frequently visited shopping malls in Warsaw (20 million visitors per year). It is the ‘foot’ of what is set to become the most exclusive address in Warsaw.  It’s just a few steps away from the most prestigious hotels accommodating roughly 1 million visitors annually, and numerous office buildings (60 within a 1 km radius), which are a workplace for approx. 65,000 employees. Another important factor is the vicinity of the landmark Palace of Culture and Science, and many cultural and entertainment venues, such as cinemas and theatres. The building’s catchment area is huge.” - explains Klaudia Woźniak, Associate Director, Retail Agency, Colliers International.

The luxurious skyscraper was designed by a world-class architect Daniel Libeskind and is developed by Orco Property Group. The building is due to be completed in the middle of next year.

“The planned tenant mix for ZŁOTA includes restaurants, coffee shops, services and exclusive brand stores from the fashion and cosmetics industries,” adds Klaudia Woźniak, Colliers International.
