  • Warsaw’s new office map

    Warsaw, June 26, 2017 – Colliers International, the leading advisory firm on the commercial real estate market, has prepared a comprehensive guide to Warsaw’s office zones in which Colliers International experts analyse the potential and advantages of each zone. The publication also presents the structure of tenants and summarises the biggest office lease transactions concluded in recent years.

  • Colliers International introduces a new fashion brand to Poland

    Warsaw, June 21, 2017 – NISSA, one of the most well-known Romanian fashion brands, is entering the Polish market by opening its debut 86-sqm store in Warsaw’s Arkadia shopping centre in the summer of 2017. Colliers International represented the tenant in lease negotiations.

  • Green Caffè Nero enters Legionowo

    Warsaw, June 13, 2017 – Green Caffè Nero chain opened its 51st coffee shop. The new 172-sqm cafe is located on the main shopping street in Legionowo (Piłsudskiego 31A) near Warsaw. Colliers International, a global advisor on the commercial real estate market, supported the tenant in the process of securing the location and in the lease negotiations.

  • Guardian Industries Glass Group in Altus in Katowice

    Warsaw, June 6, 2017 – Guardian Industries’ Glass Group, which belongs to the Guardian Industries Corp, has leased 600 sqm of office space in Altus in Katowice with the possibility to extend its space with another 600 sqm. In the new office the tenant has located the financial SSC – Guardian Business Solutions. Guardian Industries’ Glass Group was represented by the international consulting company Colliers International.

  • Mountain Warehouse on the main high street in Kraków

    Warsaw, June 5, 2017 – British outdoor retailer Mountain Warehouse opened its flagship store in the capital of Małopolska region at the beginning of June. The store with a total area of over 190 sqm is located in the tenement house at Floriańska street – the main high street of the city. Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate, supported the tenant in the negotiations and leasing process.

  • Good start of the year on the industrial market

    Warsaw, May 19, 2017 – In Q1 2017, the supply of industrial space increased by over 614,000 sqm and at the end of March exceeded 11.8 million sqm – according to the latest Colliers International report. The demand remains high too – during the first three months of 2017 it amounted to over 1 million sqm. The most desirable destinations for tenants were Warsaw and Upper Silesia.

  • New locations on Poland’s warehouse map

    Warsaw, May 15, 2017 – After record-breaking 2016, there are still good prospects ahead of Poland’s warehouse market. Regional markets will gain in attractiveness owing to the improving transport infrastructure, availability of investment lands and employees that begin to lack on the most popular markets – according to a report by Colliers International entitled “New locations, new possibilities. Logistic centres vs. labour market”, which was prepared in cooperation with Randstad Poland. The publication also discusses trends on the labour market.

  • Over 150,000 sqm of the new office space in Poland

    Warsaw, May 11, 2017 – Since the beginning of the year, the developers have completed 151,000 sqm of office space. At the end of Q1 2017, the total modern supply in the nine major office markets in Poland reached 9.1 million sqm. Approximately 56% of new supply was completed in Warsaw, while among the regional cities, Kraków and Wrocław were on the leading edge. Due to the high activity of developers in certain areas of the capital, the boundaries and the zone names have been changed.

  • Office market in Tricity is not slowing down

    Warsaw, 8 May, 2017 – Currently, a record-breaking amount of office space is under construction in Tricity (151,000 sqm) of which 2/3 is planned to be delivered for use in 2017. BPO/SSC companies remain most active tenants. According to “Largest Office Markets in Poland | Tricity” report prepared by international consulting company Colliers International and personnel consulting agency Advisory Group TEST Human Resources, these companies have increased the number of their employees by nearly 100% in the last three years. The publication includes also the analysis of salaries.

    Warsaw, April 28, 2017 – Industrial and Logistics Agency of Colliers International was named Best Industrial Agency of the Year 2016 in the prestigious industry CEE Quality Awards for the sixth time in a row.

  • Outlet centres in the eyes of the Polish consumers

    Warsaw, 25 April 2017 - 8 out of 10 people visiting Polish outlet centres do their shopping there, spending on average over PLN 240 during a single visit. Outlet centres in Poland differ from those in Western Europe, albeit they enjoy big popularity among consumers. There are also good perspectives ahead of them, as their offer is “built to suit” the domestic retail market. What will support further development is the introduction of complementary functions and services, which will improve comfort of shopping and increase the attractiveness of outlets – according to a report by Colliers International entitled “Bargain hunting. The potential of outlet centres in Poland”, which was prepared in cooperation with IQS.

  • Wrocław in the interest of BPO/SSC sector

    Warsaw, April 20, 2017 – Wrocław is the second most rapidly developing regional market in Poland and the third largest centre for business services. 22% of total office space available in Poland’s eight main regional markets is located here – according to “The largest office markets in Poland | Wrocław” report published by the international consulting company Colliers International and Advisory Group TEST Human Resources. The publication contains the analysis of the salary in the capital of the Lower Silesia region.

  • Food sector in motion

    Warsaw, April 11, 2017 – In first three months of 2017 approximately 10,000 sqm were delivered to the market in Poland. At the end of March, total retail modern stock amounted to about 11.2 million sqm.
