Warsaw, June 13, 2016 – Colliers International, an international real estate advising company, has been appointed an exclusive agent for the commercialization of Warsaw Trade Tower – an icon of pioneering solutions among Warsaw skyscrapers.
„Warsaw Trade Tower once again sets trends in Warsaw office market. Thanks to original thinking of rebranding the office building changes for its tenants. There is a new, modern lobby, a piano, an activity room, free of charge electric cars available to the tenants and a common dining area for those who prefer to eat their own food. The outside area of the building has been modified too. There is a platform for food-trucks and bicycle racks for those who like cycling to work.
