Iwona Cabaj-Wilkowska has been promoted to Associate Director in the Real Estate Management Services at Colliers. She is responsible for the management of industrial and warehouse properties and cooperates with the following clients: RREEF, NBGI, Immofinanz, Akron, Standardlife. Iwona has fifteen years of experience in warehouse property management, which she gained working at TKG Poland Sp. z o.o. Iwona is a graduate of the University of Warsaw at the Faculty of International Relations and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in real estate management. She is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Magdalena Filipczak has been promoted to Senior Property Manager at Colliers International. She is responsible for managing the Warsaw Financial Center in Warsaw. Magda joined Colliers International in 2010. At the beginning she was responsible for managing the warehouse park in Błonie, owned by Europolis. Then she managed office buildings owned by TRIUVA and AmRest. For the last 1.5 years Magda was responsible for property management of Mokotów Nova owned by Tristan Capital Partners. Magda is a graduate of MSc studies at the Technical University of Opole, Faculty of Management and Production Engineering and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in real estate management. She holds a prestigious LEED Green Associate title.

Agnieszka Milczarek has been promoted to Senior Property Manager at Colliers International. She recently managed office buildings owned by Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, Catalina Group, TRIUVA, RREEF and Immofinanz. In her current role she is responsible for the property operational management, preparation and supervision of budgets, financial reports and lease agreements management. Agnieszka is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in real estate management at the University of Warsaw.

Sylwia Pytko-Burska has been appointed Senior Property Manager at Colliers International.  She joind the company in 2013 and was responsible for the management of properties owned by Adgar Investments & Developments Ltd. Sylwia currently manages five buildings belonging to Allianz Real Estate. In the past she was responsible for managing Centro shoe stores network in Poland. In 2002-2010 Sylwia worked as Managing Director at Apartments Apart Ltd. Sylwia graduated from the Faculty of Management and Real Estate Management at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Faculty of Political Science and Pre-MBA at the University of Warsaw. 

Martyna Maciejewska
has been promoted to Property Manager. Currently, she manages three office buildings belonging to TRIUVA. Martyna was previously responsible for the management of office buildings belonging to SEB Investment GmbH. Her responsibilities include property management, building relationships with tenants and landlords, monitoring contracts and lease agreements, maintenance of building’s documentation. Martyna graduated from the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw and post-graduate studies in Real Estate Management at SGGW.
