Warsaw, May 4, 2016 – Colliers International, a leading advisor in commercial real estate market was selected the property manager of two office buildings in Poznań - Okrąglak and Kwadraciak. At the beginning of the year Immobel SA sold the project to a renowned, London-based investor who agreed to retain Colliers services as the property manager.
Okrąglak is one of the most characteristic office buildings in Poznań. Located in the central part of the city it guarantees the tenants excellent access to the facility. Since its opening in 1955 it aroused much controversy, standing out against the background of a typical socialist building in Poznań city center. In 2005 Okrąglak was recognized the best building of the last half-century in Poznań.
In 2012, both buildings underwent the process of modernization. Currently, Okrąglak offers 7,000 sqm of leasable area, of which 800 sqm is dedicated to retail. Kwadraciak, located in the immediate vicinity of Okrąglak, offers 950 sqm. of leasable space, including 100 sqm of retail space and 850 sqm of office space.
“As the property manager, we will focus on maintaining the highest level of space leased, which at present is 100%. Our priority is optimization of operating costs of the facility and searching for new solutions for tenants,” said Katarzyna Jaśkiewicz, Associate Director, Real Estate Management Services, Colliers International.
