Warsaw, May 26, 2015 – Opera Software has leased over 4,400 sqm of office space in Hieronimus tenement house in Wrocław. The company will occupy the entire office space available in the building. Colliers International advised on the transaction.
Opera Software is a Norwegian web browsers developer. Its Research & Development department has been operating in Wrocław since 2007. The company will move to the new premises in the first quarter of 2016. In its Wrocław office Opera Software employs 200 specialists, mainly programmers. The company is planning to increase employment in the near future.

Hieronimus tenement house consists of two historic and revitalized buildings. It is located at the intersection of Świdnicka street and Plac Teatralny in the Wrocław city center. The buildings were developed in early years of the twentieth century. They offer 5,955 sqm of office space. The ground floor is dedicated to retail units. Class A offices are placed on the upper floors. Grupa 33_03 architectural office was responsible for the revitalization project. Hieronimus belongs to Zbigniew Grycan - the owner of ice-cream parlours.
