Monnari, the leader in elegant clothing for women will occupy 146 m2 of commercial space on the 1st floor of the centre and will face Sinsay shop opened in March this year, which belongs to LPP group. Both Monnari and Sinsay have been secured by Colliers International.

The centre is visited by about 700,000 people a month, which is also reflected in the results generated by the tenants. In comparison with the previous year turnover of tenants in the gallery grew by about 15%. Galeria Słoneczna houses more than 150 brands, such as Multikino, H&M, C&A, Zara, TK Maxx, or Sephora, but the place offers much more than just shopping space. The mall is a part of the 10-hectare complex with different functions leisure, residential, commercial and business complex, located in the very center of the city, near the crossroads of Bolesław Chrobry street and Andrzej Skruga street. The complex also includes Aquapark, Life fitness club, SaunaKlub sauna centre, housing estate, seasonal ice rink and a park. In 2015 two four-storey office buildings are planned to be delivered within the Radom Office Park. The complex will offer 9,700 m2 of office space.
