Warsaw, 15 May 2013 – Colliers International, a leading advisor in the commercial real estate market, has won the tender to manage two prestigious office buildings in Poznań.
Okrąglak is one of the most characteristic office buildings in Poznań. It is located in the central part of the city, at the crossroads of Mielżyńskiego street and 27 Grudnia street. Okraglak offers 7,000 m2 GLA, with 820 m2 of retail space and 6,000 m2 of office space.
Okrąglak is a nine-storey building of a cylindrical shape. Designed by by Mark Leykam the building Okrąglak aroused controversy from the very beginning of its existence (1955), being far different from the common socialistic buildings in the center of Poznań. In 2005 Okrąglak was recognized the best building of the last half-century in Poznań.
Kwadraciak is located in the closest proximity of Okrąglak. It offers 100 m2 of retail space and 750 m2 of office space. Kwadraciak and Okraglak are linked by an overhead passage.
Both buildings are owned by Immobel and were handed over in September 2012, after the modernization. Okrąglak as well Kwadraciak are A class office buildings.
