Anna Duchnowska has been appointed to the position of Business Development Director and will be responsible for searching for new business opportunities in order to widen Colliers clients’ base, building and maintaining business relations with existing and potential clients as well as planning and coordinating business meetings and preparation of professional materials for key clients.
Recent responsibilities of Anna will be taken over by Ewelina Kałużna, which as the new Director at Office Agency - Landlord Representation will be responsible for the development of the department and acquisition of new office projects in Polish real estate market.
Ewelina has got an extensive experience in the area of cooperation with developers and property owners which she has gained while working for over 8 years in the Office Agency - Landlord Representation department in Jones Lang LaSalle. In her career Ewelina represented key market developers and property owners such as: BBI Development, Eko Park, Europolis, Karimpol, Fundacja Współpracy Polsko-Niemieckiej, GTC, ING Real Estate, Irlandia Investments, IVG Development Poland, Heitman, Liebrecht&Wood, Mermaid Properties, Premiumred and Unibail-Rodamco.
Ewelina has been involved in the whole process of leasing properties, from the preparation of leasing and marketing strategies, advice as to the planned technical specifications, help in preparing full leasing documentation of the building, commercialization, preparation of tenders, letters of intent, ending with assistance in lease negotiations.
Ewelina is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where she earned a master's degree in international relations and completed the Investment and Real Estate . She holds the prestigious title of CCIM and as one of the few people in Poland LEED Green Associate title. Additional knowledge of the properties acquired by participating in courses on mediation and management.
Adam Pastusiak joins Colliers as the Information Systems Specialist and will be responsible for creating real estate and transactions databases, websites as well as for programming. Moreover, he will be involved in updating and implementing changes in Colliers database.
Adam has got few years of experience in the area of programming, websites development and information systems implementation, which he gained, among others, in Jones Lang LaSalle where he worked for the last year.
