Warsaw, 6 June 2013 – Colliers International, a leading advisor in the commercial real estate market, has represented Lufthansa’s Airline Accounting Center (AAC) in leasing office space in Bonarka 4 Business in Kraków.
Lufthansa’s AAC will occupy almost the whole office building – 8,000 m2 net-office space distributed over 6 floors. The tenant will move into the new premises in November this year when the building officially opens.
„This year we celebrate the 10th anniversary of Lufthansa’s AAC in Kraków – a story of success and continuous growth. The expansion and move to this brand new office building is a visible sign towards further expansion and a significant transformation process that we are about to undertake now to generate higher value for the entire Lufthansa Group: “AAC” will soon become “Lufthansa Global Business Services”. Our new “home” here in Kraków provides excellent conditions for us to make it happen.” – comments Marc Ammelung, Managing Director of Lufthansa’s “AAC”.
„In terms of leasing activity in Kraków year 2013 has been abundant in pre-lease agreements. With 3,64% vacancy on the market we advise our clients to secure their leases well in advance. The transaction signed by Lufthansa’s AAC confirms that trend and shows local strength of the SSC/BPO sector, which continues to drive the demand for office space.” – adds Anna Galicka-Bieda, Regional Director at Colliers International in Kraków, which is responsible for the transaction.
Bonarka 4 Business consists of four individually standalone A class office buildings offering approx. 35 000 m2 of leasable space in total.
