Warsaw, 24 May 2012 – Colliers International, a leading advisor in the commercial real estate market, has won the tender to manage the complex of office buildings Green Towers in Wroclaw.
Green Towers office complex by Skanska is located at No 1 Śrubowa street in close proximity to one of the main roads in Wroclaw – Legnicka. Excellent connection with the Old Town, main railway station Dworzec Główny and international airport is the unquestionable asset of the complex. Total leasable area of Green Towers amounts to 23,300 m2 with 1,200 m2 to be occupied by retail. “A” class offices offer generous exposure to daylight and flexible layouts that enable efficient office arrangement. The building was developed in compliance with environmentally responsible technologies and is pre-certified under the LEED Green Building Rating System. The office building has been equipped with systems and installations adjusting energy consumption, protecting the environment and employees’ health.
Green Towers’ tenants are indeed eco-friendly – many commute by bicycles. There is even a bicycle box and a changing room with showers. Tenants follow the waste segregation system by using separate litter bins not only for paper, glass or plastic but also for Tetra Pak type containers and organic waste. Many young people working in the building do care about the environment and eco-friendly solutions seem to be important for the new generation. Our attitude towards the Earth exploitation has to change and thanks to developers’ green initiatives this change of mentality and habits can be accelerated.” – comments managing Green Towers Anna Sienkiewicz, Property Management, Colliers International.
Colliers International has been chosen Property Management Company of the Year according to CEE Real Estate Quality Awards 2012.
