The winners were announced during the 9th annual CEEQA ceremony at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel on April. The Gala was proceeded by the RealGreen conference devoted to green building issues and attended by regional and international experts and business leaders.

According to market data, Colliers facilitated 25% of office leasing deals in the CEE region acting on behalf of the tenant. In addition, they facilitated 43% of all industrial transactions. ”I am extremely happy and proud of all three awards. The CEE Quality Awards are of the greatest importance to us as they are voted on by our clients – we are very grateful for their trust and loyalty. It is an honour to contribute to the success of our clients,” commented Hadley Dean, Managing Partner, Eastern Europe.

Organised by the CEE Insight Forum in association with the Financial Times, the gala attracted almost 600 guests from 30 countries. The awards were presented to the leading projects and companies from the commercial real estate sector as well as to the professional of the year.

The awards are given for outstanding business achievements which influence the commercial real estate market. The winners are selected by an elite panel of industry professionals from the leading companies within the property market and international industry partners from the CEE and SEE region including developers, investors, banks and consulting specialists.
