PepsiCo - global food and beverage leader has selected Colliers an exclusive agent to sell/lease the portfolio of 6 industrial properties located in 6 biggest Polish cities. Total leasable area comprises over 28,000 m2.

The portfolio comprises the buildings in the following locations:
  • Lublin (No 23 Rapackiego street)
  • Katowice (No 10 Miedziana street)
  • Poznan (No 15 Sucholeska street)
  • Wrocław (No 1 Błekitna street)
  • Warszawa (No 14 Chrzanowskiego street)
  • Kraków (No 78 Ciepłownicza street)

All buildings are placed in the strategic locations, in close proximity to the roads leading out of the cities. Both size and layout of the properties are flexible and allow for various use of the buildings, from the production plants to warehouses with office space. “PepsiCo’s portfolio is very attractive not only with regard to its location but also functionality. The sale/lease of PepsiCo’s portfolio is another transaction of this type coordinated by Colliers. “We are proud that Colliers has won the tender organized by PepsiCo.
