Company from the LHI Group is the investor of the project and the total retail leasing area within the building amounts to more than 1,600 m2. Retail units will be located on the underground floor and ground floor. Higher floors will be occupied by offices. Chmielna 25 has been designed by a prestigious architectural office Bulanda, Mucha - Architekci and as one of few projects has received a LEED precertification in the Gold standard.
