Warsaw, 10 April 2012 — Biazet S.A., the investor of Kwadrat Retail Park in Białystok, has already secured two key tenants. Food chain will be represented by Tesco Extra and DIY chain by OBI.
Open 24 hours hypermarket Tesco Extra will occupy the total of 14,700 m2 of space including 10,000 m2 of shopping area and will be the biggest tenant located at the park. The second key tenant – DIY chain representative OBI – will take 11 200 m2 of space. “After securing OBI - one of the largest DIY operator on the market and Tesco Extra - one of the biggest hypermarkets in Poland, we are going to commence the process of securing other tenants for Kwadrat Retail Park. Within the next few days we plan to start the negotiations with clothing store chains which we would like to launch at Kwadrat.” – says Marcin Gudz, Senior Associate, Retail Agency, Colliers International Poland.
Kwadrat is planned to open in the second quarter of 2014. “It will be the biggest retail park in Podlaskie Voivodeship and will offer the total of 52,000 m2 of leasable retail space and 6,000 m2 of office space.” – comments Dariusz Siemieniako, Board Member, Biazet S.A.
