Green Day is a modern A-class office complex located in the centre of Wrocław, at the intersection of Szczytnicka and Wyszyńskiego streets. The total leasable space is approximately 16,000 sqm and is almost entirely occupied by Credit Suisse. Over 220 parking spaces, bicycle racks and seven cloakrooms with showers are available to tenants and guests. Green Day was constructed in accordance with green building standards and is certified with LEED Gold.

“This is our first office project outside Warsaw. We are observing with interest the investment opportunities in the regions, which are growing rapidly with the supply of high-quality office buildings. As the regional city with the highest supply and demand for office space, Wrocław is the optimal place to start investing outside the capital,” says Jacek Brzozowski, Director of Triuva in Poland.

Green Day is the next office building entrusted to Colliers International by Triuva. Colliers already manages 11 office buildings owned by the company in Warsaw.

“Choosing Colliers to be the manager of the Green Day office building in Wrocław is another important stage in our cooperation with Triuva. We are very happy that the high quality of our services over many years has met the expectations of such an important client. We are still observing very high activity among investors in regional markets, which motivates us to continually develop of our teams in all seven cities where Colliers has its offices,” says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, Director, Real Estate Management Services, Colliers International.
