Warsaw, February 5, 2018 – The My Fitness Place chain has leased over 1,500 sqm in Angel City, a luxury apartment complex in Kraków. Colliers International, a global advisor in the commercial real estate market, represented the property owner in the transaction.
The club located in Angel City is the twelfth in the chain’s portfolio and the eighth in Kraków. The fitness club’s undoubted advantages are its location at 77 Szlak Street, easy access to public transport and the high standard of the building.
“The fitness club has become an inseparable part of Angel City. Residents and guests visiting the area are mostly young people for whom the fitness club in our complex is extremely important”, underlined Małgorzata Nowosielska, Angel Poland Group – the owner of Angel City.
“Our priority was to provide continuity of fitness services in Angel City. In a very short time, we managed to complete all formalities allowing My Fitness Place to enter the space previously occupied by a tenant from the same sector. Angel City consists of 5 luxury buildings with 350 apartments. The complex is located in the vicinity of the Old Town. Angel City is a part of a large urban project called Nowe Miasto (New City) that aims to revitalise the area surrounding the historic train station in Kraków.
